The University of South Florida offers special events for prospective students, parents and counselors to learn about our leading research university. Whether you want to attend an on-campus event or join us for an out-of-state information session, we’ll share the important details you need to know about becoming a USF Bull! 

Student Information Sessions

If you aren’t able to visit campus, we would love to visit you! Join us for a live-hosted #OneUSF Virtual Admissions Information Session with the University of South Florida, the nation's fastest rising, Preeminent metropolitan Research-1 university.

This web hosted experience is an interactive presentation and Q&A session about Freshman Admissions at USF. Our live team of Admissions Representatives will be covering all of the important admissions, scholarship, financial aid, and USF information you need to know when you apply to USF. Our team will even be answering all of your general and specific admissions questions via live chat moderation during the session! Join us and learn all of what you need to know to become a USF Bull from the comfort of your home!

Here are some things to consider before your virtual information session with USF:

  • Wear headphones or use speakers so you can hear our staff well! 
  • Brainstorm any questions you may have about USF admissions! We'll be doing live moderation and answering all your questions in the chat! 
  • Save the link to the virtual event. You'll get an email confirmation with the link you need to tune in for your event!
    *Additionally, the link will display on your confirmation web page where you can also save it.

Upon submitting your reservation, you should receive a confirmation email within 24hrs which includes the link to tune in to your virtual event. As a large public institution, our Tampa-region university offers students many resources and amenities not available elsewhere. USF Admissions representatives will be on hand to share the details of applying and attending:

  • Scholarship, grant and financial aid options
