Donna Bell serves as a Web Content Administrator for the Florida's Center for Child Welfare within the Department of Child & Family Studies. The Center provides information, collaboration, and program support to Florida's professional child welfare stakeholders.

Donna's responsibilities include maintaining the Center for Child Welfare site, in addition to the websites for: Quality Parenting Initiative in Florida, California, and Nevada; Just in Time Training sites in Ohio and Kentucy; QPI4 Kids; and Florida Children's Mental Health System of Care.

Donna previously held positions at the University of Southern Maine and George Mason University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. She also holds Graduate Certificates in Assistive Technology, eLearning and Web Design. She received her Masters of Education degree in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida.
