Tina Harmon, serves as CARD coordinator with the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities at USF. As CARD coordinator for DeSoto, Hardee and Highlands Counties, Tina brings her experience of supporting individuals, families, faculty, staff and administration as a liaison for multiagency collaboration. In doing so, she guides individuals and teams to identify needs of transformation and choose resources to support growth and change—at times, aiding others to reframe their frustrations so they can conceptualize unrealized solutions.
