Adriana

Major: Exercise Science

Certification: ACE PT

Favorite Exercise: Chin-Ups

Training Philosophy: When developing an exercise program, I take full consideration of the client’s goals and which are the best evidence based steps to take for success. I incorporate compound lifts, accessory work, and circuit training in order to optimize the time we have together. I am also big on educating how to perform the movement patterns so one feels comfortable enough to implement them on their own. Sessions with me are high energy and fun! I pride myself in finding exercises we enjoy doing since I wholeheartedly believe that exercise is a celebration of what our bodies can do, not a punishment. My goal is for you to reach your goals and feel stronger and more confident both physically and mentally.
