Be Well. Excel Resources
Feeling Well
Physical wellness relates to maintaining a healthy body. You can achieve optimal physical health through a combination of exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep and paying attention to your body's warning signs. USF offers a variety of places on campus to improve your physical health and will have you feeling terrific in no time.
Interactive and Online Help
You can get help with online resources if you can't schedule a face-to-face meeting. We offer online mental health screenings, an interactive phone app that connects you with resources, and online counseling sessions via your phone, laptop or computer.
Mental Well-being for Student Success
Living a well-balanced life increases your chance of succeeding in college. We want you to be well and thrive, so we've created an entirely new coaching program, and have expanded and increased our counseling hours to make sure you get the help you need.
Peer Programs
Bulls help Bulls stay safe on campus. We offer education, outreach, and training sessions to help you stay safe and protect your fellow Bulls. These peer-led programs provide information and skills on variety of health topics ranging from stress management to healthy relationships.
Reducing Stress
Stress and anxiety are major barriers to student success. It is important to pay attention to self-care, relaxation, and stress reduction. We offer programs to reduce stress, and provide locations for you to relax and recharge. So breathe in. Breathe out. And take a break.
