Bio

Dr. Mark Grzegorzewski is a Resident Senior Fellow in the Department of Strategic Studies at Joint Special Operations University (JSOU). Dr. Grzegorzewski came to JSOU from USCENTCOM where he analyzed Iranian geopolitical influence in Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Jordan, Yemen, and Israel. During that time, he also taught several Political Science classes at the University of South Florida (USF). In addition to his JSOU duties, he also currently teaches at the National Intelligence University (NIU). Dr. Grzegorzewski is currently focused on cyberspace operations and artificial intelligence. He has recently published in Defense One and Real Clear Defense, and wrote JSOU’s first “Quick Look” on Artificial Intelligence. In addition, he has a forthcoming piece in The Special Operations Journal on “Demystifying Artificial Intelligence through DoD Education.” Dr. Grzegorzewski holds a Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in Political Science from USF, along with a graduate certificate in Globalization Studies.
