Course Permits
Tracy Mack only accepts permit requests by email for courses in the School of Art & Art History. The process for this is as follows:
- Before you submitting a permit request, verify that you have completed the prerequisites for your desired course.
- Complete the Permit Request Form and return it to Tracy Mack by email at SAAHpermits@usf.edu or by leaving it in her mailbox in the Student Services and Advising Office (FAH 120).
Other Art & Art History Forms
- Art Directed Study Contract – This is a contract between an instructor and student on a special topic course in the School of Art & Art History.
- (Undergraduate) Art Directed or Extended Study Contract – Undergraduate School of Art & Art History use this contract to enroll in a course to complete the directed study, extended study or internship requirement.
