Dear Alumni and Friends,

The College of Behavioral and Community Sciences (CBCS) is a vital and integral part of the USF community. Throughout Tampa Bay, our community- partnered programs strive to positively impact the lives of our students, faculty, and the university community. At the national level, the research and teaching influence of CBCS faculty members increases the knowledge and understanding of a variety of critical issues that touch the lives of all humans – including at-risk children and youth, aging issues, language development, and mental health.

As a college, CBCS has many things to be proud of, we are recognized as one of the nation's premiere research, teaching, and training centers. To continue this level of passion and commitment in education and service to the community, we offer both need and merit-based scholarships for students, opportunities for multidisciplinary engaged research, hands-on learning, and teaching opportunities. None of this would be possible without gifts from alumni, friends, and community partners.
