• Evaluations:
  • Faculty: Typically done in early Spring with a deadline around April 1st
    • Assigned Faculty Duties
    • FAIR System
  • For Administrative and Staff employees, the College recommends (but does not require) that each individual do a Performance Self-Assessment to be given to one's supervisor for the Annual Reviews.
  • Administrative Employees: CBCS requires that we do these evaluations every June/July
  • Staff Employees: All new Staff employees get a probationary evaluation within 6 months of their start date. After that CBCS requires that we do these evaluations annually in September.
  • Adjuncts: It is recommended, but not required to do evaluations on Adjunct faculty
