Summer 2024 Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 at the Yuengling Center on the Tampa campus. 

Commencement Schedule

Saturday, August 3

9:00 a.m. – Master’s, educational specialist and doctoral degree recipients from all colleges: Arts and Sciences, Behavioral and Community Sciences, Muma College of Business, Education, Engineering, Patel College of Global Sustainability, Graduate Studies, Marine Science, Morsani College of Medicine, Nursing, Taneja College of Pharmacy, Public Health and The Arts

1:30 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Behavioral and Community Sciences, Muma College of Business, Education, Nursing and Public Health

6:00 p.m. – Bachelor’s degree recipients from the colleges of Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and The Arts and the Office of Undergraduate Studies

Registration will launch on Monday, June 17. You may order your rented regalia now.

Participation at Commencement is not required and all eligible graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail approximately six to eight weeks after the end of the semester.

Guest Registration and Tickets

There are no tickets required for guests to attend Commencement and no limit on how many guests each graduate may bring. Ceremonies are livestreamed via the USF YouTube channel for those guests who are unable to attend.
