Biography
Marbin Pazos-Revilla received Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University with focus areas on Cybersecurity, Secure Authentication in Electric Vehicles, and Internet of Things Security. Marbin has published and presented works in areas of Internet of Things, Cybersecurity, and Engineering Education; and was the recipient of the Best Paper Award in the 2016 Annual Conference of the North American Fuzzy Information Processing Society (NAFIPS), and co-authored grants such as Tennessee Tech’s US Mission to Cuba Grant funded by the US Department of State. Marbin has contributed to advancing Engineering Education with the use of virtualization and other technologies like MoLE-SI (Mobile Learning Environment and Systems Infrastructure). He was awarded the Tennessee Tech’s Engineering Award for Innovation and Creativity in 2012 and was the recipient of the 2019 Tennessee Tech Outstanding Professional Award.
