Undergraduate

Announcements

This page contains announcements from the undergraduate advising staff. This includes  important notices regarding key deadlines and course offerings for all four undergraduate degree programs. If you have any questions, please contact John Morgan or Marjorie Fontalvo

For advising, students should schedule an appointment via Archivum Student Portal or access a walk-in advising.

• CS and CpE students please schedule advising appointments with John Morgan
• CyS and IT students please schedule advising appointments with Marjorie Fontalvo

Academic advising is available face-to-face or virtually through Teams in accordance with the posted schedule. Please see the schedule here

For graduation checkout, please see here. Complete the form and then scan it (or take a high-quality picture with your phone). Please (this is important!) name the file as lastname (using your last name) and then email the file (the scanned form) to Mayra Morfin. This is so that we can keep track of all graduation checklists. Then schedule a graduation checkout appointment with Mayra Morfin via Archivum Student Portal. As confirmation for the appointment, students will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation for their graduation checkout appointment and the checkout review meeting will then be done via Microsoft Teams at the scheduled time.  For career advising following your graduation checkout, please contact Dr. Hendrix (CS and CpE), Dr. Small (IT), or Dr. Chellappan (CyS) by email.
