Biography
Dr. Tempestt Neal is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is the director of the Cyber Identity and Behavior Research (CiBeR) Lab, where research efforts focus on the intersection of identity intelligence, cyber behavior analytics, and mobile sensing technologies. Her primary interests are behavioral biometrics, mobile biometrics, and applied machine learning, with additional interests in authorship attribution, computer vision, and soft biometric classification. She received her PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, MS in Computer Science from Clemson University, and BS in Computer Science from South Carolina State University.
