Biography
Dr. Yan Zhang is an instructor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, FL. Dr. Yan received her PhD in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey, in 2014, ME and BE degrees in Electrical Engineering from Shandong University, China, in 2004 and 2001, respectively. Dr. Yan's research interests include congestion control and energy optimization in data center networks, content delivery acceleration over wide area networks, and energy efficient networking. Yan's teaching interests are computer engineering and computer networks.
