USF's Length of Service Recognition program celebrates the long term commitment of our unBullievable employees to the University. Employee recognition is a vital part of USF. Recognizing and supporting the contributions of our Faculty and Staff is a critical part of fulfilling  our mission. Each of our employees makes a difference and this is one small way of saying "Thanks!"

Employees with continuous service in a regular line position at USF are eligible for recognition at each 5 year milestone.

How to Redeem your Length of Service Gift

We try very hard to make sure we recognize everyone who has reached a Milestone Anniversary. If you feel you have been overlooked please contact your supervisor or the Division of Human Resources at (813) 974-3090.

USF Tampa employees

Visit the USF Tampa Bookstore.  The gift display is located in the back corner of the store.  Take your selection to the cashier and identify yourself as an employee receiving a Length of Service gift.  The cashier should be able to look you up by name but we recommend having your USF ID card with you.

USF Sarasota - Manatee employees

USF Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources will collect your gift selection and arrange for your gift to be sent to your campus.  For questions, contact Carolyn Dyson (cdyson@sar.usf.edu) or Lynn Nixon (lnixon2@usf.edu). 

USF St. Petersburg employees

USF St Petersburg Human Resources will collect your gift selection and arrange for your gift to be sent to your campus.  For questions, contact Michele Holton at mlholton@mail.usf.edu.
