Update on USF’s Strategic Plan: Next Steps

Following the USF Strategic Renewal process and the beginning of the search for USF’s next president, President Law launched a new Strategic Plan Steering Committee to:

• Review strategic plan and incorporate strategies, tactics, and responsible parties; and build in metrics for measurable outcomes.

With a focus on:

• Consulting and collaborating with university stakeholders, including the deans, faculty, staff, students, and alumni; and,
• Assessing feedback and incorporating adjustments to the plan as necessary.

The committee’s process includes engagement with stakeholders, including town halls and other targeted outreach, and seeking appropriate approvals from the USF Board of Trustees and ultimately the Florida Board of Governors’ approval of the plan in the coming months.
