My name is Sofie. I have been Sam Smith’s partner and Service Dog for 5 years, and I provide a number of things for him. I help Sam with some visual deficiency that he suffers on his right side; I also help him when he needs help getting up off the ground from his knee by providing a brace, and with multiple other mental and physical needs.
