Notary Services
As a convenience to students on campus, our office provides notary public services
free of charge to USF Students. Services are by appointment only and only open to
students at this time.
At this time, we can only notarize documents related to USF business and student life including:
- New Hire Paperwork Loyalty Oaths
- Affidavit of Good Moral Character for Volunteering or Education Opportunities
- Affidavit for Duplicate Check from USF
- Other USF paperwork
Due to high demand, we recommend getting an appointment with a local bank, UPS store,
or other notary if you cannot find an appointment time. We cannot accept walk-ins
as we are busy with our regular University business. How to Find a Notary
Our free Notary Public services are currently available during the following times*:

Please DO NOT sign any documents prior to arriving for your appointment. If the signature needs to be notarized, this will result in needing to redo the document and may result in needing to reschedule.
You must bring a government issued ID with you to your appointment
We ask that you notify us at studentgovernment@usf.edu if you can no longer make your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in being denied any future notary appointments.
Notary public services are in-person only and cannot be done virtually.
