Calendar & Deadlines
The Curriculog calendar is internal to the Curriculog System, and provides important dates and deadlines relating to Curriculog and proposals. Once you log into Curriculog the calendar will appear on the right side of your dashboard.
Curriculog Deadlines
Undergraduate Studies aims for a preliminary online publication of the Undergraduate Catalog on June 15th of every year. In an effort to include any Course or Program updates in the prelimniary publication, proposals must be submitted to Curriculog by the last day of the Fall semester for review and approval by Council before their last Spring meeting.
Curriculog Proposals which are not approved by Council for the upcoming catalog cycle will be withdrawn from the system. You will need to be re-submit the proposal once Curriculog re-opens for the following catalog cycle. Curriculog proposals cannot be carried over from one catalog cycle to the other.

| Monday, April 24, 2023 | Last Undergraduate Council Meeting to have all proposals approved for inclusion in the preliminary 2023-2024 Undergraduate Catalog |
| Thursday, June 15, 2023 | Publication date of the preliminary 2023-2024 Undergraduate Catalog |

Training sessions are available to be scheduled upon request from colleges, departments,
and other units that are involved in Curriculog approval processes.
