The Department of Criminology houses one major, one minor, and a concentration:
CRIMINOLOGY B.A.
The Bachelor of Arts in Criminology provides students with an in-depth exposure to all facets of the criminal justice system and prepares students for a wide array of career options or graduate/law school.
This degree offers the flexibility to complete criminology courses entirely online, entirely in-person, or a blending of both.
Criminology Minor
The objective of the undergraduate minor in Criminology is to develop an educational basis either for graduate work or for professional training in the modern urban criminal justice system.
Cybercrime Concentration
Beginning in Fall 2022, we will be offering a concentration in cybercrime. Students will be required to take 4 elective courses or 12 credits out of their required 6 elective courses of 18 credits for the major.
