Data Governance Requests
The Data Governance Management Council (DGMC) and Data Governance Working Committee (DGWC) consist of data owners, IT security, and other stakeholders who will review and discuss your request.
To assist these governance groups in their review, please complete and submit the Data Governance Intake Form along with any other supporting documents to DataGovernance@usf.edu. Your request will be archived, and your documents will be forwarded to the DGMC/DGWC members for their review prior to the next meeting.
Create a new Data Governance Request by completing the Data Governance Intake Form which is designed to gather important information about your project.
Add to an existing Data Governance request by completing the Data Governance Intake Form – Addendum which is used to collect additional details about your project.
To assist in presenting your request to the DGWC use the Data Request Presentation Template The template is optional, but recommended, so feel free to modify.
