Kokita Dirton Wilson joined the Office of Graduate Studies staff in 2016 as Office
Manager and Human Resources Liaison. She received her B.S. degree in Human Services
from Springfield College in 2013, M.S. in Organizational Management and Leadership
from Springfield College in 2015 and her Ed.D. in Education Program Development, Innovative
Education at the University of South Florida in 2022. In addition to her background
in human services, organizational management and leadership, nonprofit management,
and 22 years of higher education experience, her doctoral research focuses on increasing
academic excellence among minority students through youth leadership development and
mentoring. With over 29 years of experience in Human Resources, she provides the Office
of Graduate Studies with expertise to ensure compliance with State and Federal requirements
in recruitment and retention, classification and compensation, FMLA, employee relations,
collective bargaining, diversity, and equal opportunity.

Office Manager
Lisa Akins (St. Petersburg campus)

Lisa is a fifth-generation Floridian and has lived throughout the state. Prior to
becoming the office manager for the USFSP Office of Graduate Studies, she managed
commercial construction operations and software conversions for 11 years. She graduated
from Eckerd College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in American
Studies. She is currently earning her M.L.A. in Florida Studies at the USF St. Petersburg
campus. Lisa’s primary responsibilities include balancing the office budgets, managing
office staff, serving as human resources liaison for the department, initiating department
travel, organizing moves, working with facilities and maintenance, assisting in hiring
in the department, handling ordering and scheduling, and updating the website and
catalog. She enjoys canoeing, swimming, and good books.

Receptionist
Angeline Saint Fleur (Tampa campus)

Angeline is the receptionist for the Office of Graduate Studies, where she performs
general administrative support functions. She received her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (B.S.N.) from the University of Florida and has worked as a registered nurse
in various specialties. These experiences have pushed her to pursue her Ph.D. from
USF's College of Nursing. Currently, her doctoral research is focused on health disparities
and women’s health. In her free time, Angeline enjoys traveling, learning about different
cultures, and exercising.
