Registration Holds
Have A Registration Hold?
Currently there are two Student Health Services registration holds. All new students to USF must submit proof of immunizations. All international students must also show proof of health insurance. For more information on how to remove these holds please visit the following links:
Immunization Hold (IM/MH)
- All students new to USF are required to submit a signed copy of the official USF Mandatory Immunization History form and submit immunization documentation. Without submitting proof of the required immunizations or signing the acceptable waivers, you will NOT be able to register for classes.
International Student Insurance Hold (SI)
- All international students studying at USF are required to have adequate health insurance coverage at all times. You must submit the Student Health Insurance Agreement before the semester begins; if you fail to submit the form, you will have a registration hold on your account and not be able to sign up for classes.
