Training Overview

FST 108: PCard Holder IN-CLASS Training

This in-person class is required for all new PCards. Registration is through GEMS Self-Service.

To Register:

  • Log into GEMS Self Service
  • Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment.
  • Click "Search by Course Name" and type PCard into the field before clicking Search.
  • NOTE: Manager's self service allows you to enroll your employees; self service allows you to enroll yourself.

FST 109: PCARD HOLDER RENEWAL TRAINING

All persons who wish to renew training must take FST 109 PCard holder training, this is an online course for renewal PCards only. To complete the training you may click on this link https://usfemployeelearning.instructure.com/enroll/GNDG8G or by going to MyUSF/My resources/USF Employee Learning and searching the course name FST109.

FST 102: PCard Reconciliation Training

This class is required for all new reconcilers, or for re-certification for those who prefer the in-person class. FST 102 is in-person training done in the classroom by an instructor from the Procurement Card (PCard) Services department. Registration is through GEMS Self-Service.

To Register:

  • Log into GEMS Self Service
  • Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Learning and Development > Request Training Enrollment.
  • Click "Search by Course Name" and type PCard into the field before clicking Search.

FST 103: PCard Reconciler Recertification

This is the online version of FST 102 and is available for those who are re-certifying. It is not for new reconcilers. Per USF's policy every reconciler must recertify every two years. The reconciler training applies only to those who approve and/or verify PCard charges for another person. Please contact pcard@usf.edu to get enrolled in our CANVAS online exam to recertify.
