DUAL ENROLLMENT AND EARLY ADMISSIONS ADMINISTRATIVE TIMELINE CHART
Year Prior to Enrollment

Early Admission (EA)

 

Deadlines are as late as possible to, schools may elect to enforce earlier deadlines to accommodate the school calendar.

 
January      
February     School requests for full-year EA articulation agreement by 2/15
March   Prospective adjuncts for school-based DE course submit all credential materials by 3/15 Student submits complete EA application by 3/15

Counselor submits the complete EA school approval form by 3/15. This form must be re-submitted for spring registration.

April Public school district’s articulation agreement for the next year is finalized by 4/30

District submits its DE instructional plan for the next year (what courses to be taught at what schools by what teachers) by 4/15

District’s articulation agreements for the next year is finalized by 4/30

Students are informed of acceptance or denial to USF Early Admission by 4/1

Students apply for admission to

May Private school or homeschool submits a request for full-year articulation agreement by 5/15

 

  Students in JGHC by 5/15. 
June Student submits a complete non-degree application for a fall start 6/1

Counselor submits complete school approval form by 6/15. This form must be re-submitted every term for a students continued DE registration.

Student submits a complete non-degree application for a fall start 6/1

School submits its course rosters for spring course enrollment by 6/15

 
July      
August      
September Students and schools are informed of fall registered courses by 8/15 Schools receive confirmation of DE courses and enrolled students by 8/1  
October Private school or homeschool submits a request for half-year articulation agreement by 10/15    
November

Student submits a complete non-degree application for a spring start 11/1

Counselor submits complete school approval form by 11/15. This form must be re-submitted every term for a students continued DE registration.

  Counselor submits the complete EA school approval form for spring 11/1.  
December  Students and schools are informed of spring registered schedule 12/1 Student’s non-degree application for spring start is complete 12/1

School submits its course rosters for spring course enrollment by 12/1

Schools receive confirmation of DE courses and enrolled students by
12/15
