Oversees the administration of USF’s dual enrollment and early admissions programs
across 32 counties and 7 School Districts. Collaborates with the Florida Department
of Education, and manages partnerships with all Florida Public School Districts, Charter
Schools, Private Schools, and Homeschooled Administrators that have articulation agreements
with USF.
Assures satisfactory support for students in EUP and quality of instruction for courses
delivered in high schools adhering to accreditation for courtesy faculty credentialing.
Works with counselors, students, and administrators from Hillsborough, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Polk, Lake, Seminole, Orange and Pasco counties for dual enrollment and early admissions as well as assigned homeschooled students and private schools.
Works with Counselors, students and administrators from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee, Hardee, DeSoto, Charlotte, Osceola, Okeechobee, and Glades counties for dual enrollment and early admissions for private and homeschooled students.
Works with students and administrators from various counties for dual enrollment/ early admissions on high school campuses and high school teacher credentialing toward courtesy faculty.
Works with students and administrators from Sarasota, Hernando, Manatee, Pinellas, and Pasco counties for dual enrollment on high school campuses. Coordinates with High Schools for course offerings and prepares high school teacher credentialing toward courtesy faculty appointments. And prepare high school campus courses for scheduling.

The Registrar's Office works with students to confirm Florida residency. Residency forms should be submitted prior to the start of classes during a student's first semester.

Students should work with the Office of Student Conduct and Ethical Development if they answered "yes" on their application to questions about conduct or legal issues. Early University Programs cannot move forward with processing until SCED clears the student.

Technology Services operates a help desk for in-person help for students and faculty/staff.
If you aren’t able to stop by, just give a call, and we’ll do our best to help you
resolve your issue. Please note, that while we do offer support for problems with
your personal devices like your laptop or phone for liability reasons, that support
is limited to advice and guidance – we can give you information, but we can’t fix
it for you.
