Student Referrals/Inquiries
Sometimes a student's college experience doesn't work out as planned. Are you a student who has recently experienced a situation such as reselection or other barriers to completing your major on time? Or are you undecided about your major direction? The Office of Academic Advocacy (OAA) is here to help you!
Students seeking academic assistance: Please complete the Office of Academic Advocacy Student Intake Form and our Intake Coordinator will reach out to you.
Faculty/Instructors: If you wish to refer a student who has academic concerns impacting his or her persistence, please submit referrals via the Canvas 'Refer Student' button. For general inquiries, please email academicadvocacy@usf.edu.
Designated Campus Partners: If you wish to refer a student who has academic concerns impacting his or her persistence, please submit referrals via the Archivum Insights platform. For general inquiries, please email academicadvocacy@usf.edu or contact one of our Academic Advocates, directly.
Other USF personnel and friends/family of a student with academic concerns: Please send an email to academicadvocacy@usf.edu and one of our Academic Advocates will reach out to you to discuss your concern.
